Not sure on weight, probably somewhere round the 220 - 230 mark. There's a thread on the 06's on thumpertalk.com with more detail.

I feel like I am being stalked by the Midwest TT contingency!! :) :)
After sitting on the 06 450XC, I may be leaning back the other way! teatering on the fence. I really wish KTM had some sort of contigency program !

Why are you waiting so long ? ? ? He has 2 in stock .........

Tell you what, send the check in the mail to him and I will run up and pick it up for you and break it in so when I deliver it to you it will be ready to ride. No worries about getting it broke in or putting the first scratch in it or any other worries.

Are you still planning on the Aledo ride ?

If I don't move the 200SX, I'll probably hold out for the 07 250XCF and hope for an early release date !!!

I think you have a buyer in UW if you get the price where he wants it. The 05 and newer KTM's handle much better and the suspension is great and you already know them  .

i hope we can work something out, if not I'll hold off another year , I don't want to give my bike away but I'm willing to deal . I probably will stay orange, unless Tim wants to blow out a few Gassers just to get his name more associated with them....

I think Tim will be doing some big deals on the gasers because he'll want to get his name out there. Make sure you get the olins suspension, a friend of mine has a 03 250 with the 300 jug and olins, its great. But what about that cool red husky??
See ya at wedron 8-21

Man, I am still drawn to the Husky, but lack of a close dealer kinda sucks. I would probably look into a 05 right now if the $ was right!

They are really fun(te250), suspension is nice(linkage), turn in great and it's stable(!). My only gripe is the pain in the arse ti valves which everyone has!

Munch,
Aren't you in Illinois? Halls is right in the middle of your state. I'm in St. Louis. I could have anything I want here, tomorrow, from Halls. I've driven the 1.5 hours there to get something I needed sooner than tomorrow but that's rare. I'm hoping for the '06 TC 250.

COLEMANAPP,

I'm near the Quad Cities , about 2 - 3 hr drive.Just a little to far to chase parts down, I may make a road trip down just to do some window shopping sometime though.....

Husqvarna has always been good to me - parts are always available, even through other dealers. While I lived in Hawaii, my Husky guru was actually found through a Suzuki/Kawasaki dealership.

Keep in mind, that I visited the parts department not even half as much as my buddies on their Kaw/Yam/Suz/Hon/KTMs would :coocoo:
