2006 klx 125 cracked frame

i have a 2006 klx 125L with a cracked frame on the left side near the footpeg. i was wondering if it is worth parting out and selling on Eb** or just selling it as a whole locally. Thanks!

Or just take it to a local welding shop and get them to fix it for $25
