My sons throttle cable broke deep inside the throttle valve. The plastic ring that hold the spring (and fits in the valve) won't come out. The cable is still attached to the needle holder in the valve and is broken/frayed just above the plastic ring that holds the spring in place. the manual says that the ring and spring should come out of the valve when you remove the mixing chamber top but this is not the case. I'm at a lose....Any help would be greatly appreciated.
