2009 crf 250r clutch not engaging properly

Hey guys I have a 2009 crf 250r I recently purchased from a mate and I noticed that when I have the clutch in and the bike in gear the clutch isn’t engaging enough to allow the bike to free roll can some one help me with this problem i will much appreciate it

Yes I have but still no luck
