Hey guys! I'm prepared for a lot of criticism here, but hear me out. I am looking for a first bike, and I want something clean, and fast. I have a budget of $3200 and the only thing nearby that looks nice is a 2012 CRF450r. I know that this thing packs a punch, and I know its probably more power than I can use. But when I am looking local, I can't find any 250's that don't have quirks that make me hesitate... I'm ok with learning slowly but I don't want to keep myself from having fun. I also want something that I can grow into, and not have to buy a new bike.
1) 6 ft, 155 lbs
2) I consider myself an adrenaline junkie, and I am relatively fit
3) I'll be riding all over the place, but mostly logging trails, gravel roads, etc...
4) I have some riding experience, but not extensive.
5) I don't plan on racing
6) I can do most repairs that will be needed
7) I probably want a Honda
8) No dealer
9) $3200 max budget
10) 17
11) I live in Bentonville Arkansas
Maybe someone can find one nearby that they think is good?
This is the description of the bike I'm looking at.
2012 CRF450R. It runs really good, starts first or second kick. Title in hand. It is very fast! Garage kept oil changed regularly, has never been raced or ridden hard. Tires are in good shape. Has Full FMF mega bomb and Factory connection suspension kit with bleeders. It has been running on VP 98. $3000 Not looking to Trade. Thanks for looking
