The stupid question for TODAY is............ does it hurt to leave the air adjustment "special tool" (ooooooooo it's a adapter valve. :-/ ) installed in the KYB (kayaba???) air forks whilst riding?
Bike in question is a 2014 KX450F with the infamous air fork.
The manual states "death or serious injury may occuer if a rock or debris hits the adapter while riding". And to remove the adapter when riding.
Yet Works connection offers a 90 degree version of the same device to be installed and left in.
Logic tells me to just leave the d$#@ed things in, but......logic was never my strong suit.
Anybody else just leave these things in???
