After a lightning storm forced officials to evacuate Metlife Stadium, the public safety issue passed and the 14th round of the 2023 Monster Energy Supercross Season resumed. All the heats and qualifiers were in the books, so all that remained for the late night restart was the 250 East/West shootout and the 450 Main event. In each case it was a rider with a history of mud success who took the win.
