Conditions are soft but the track is raceable and looking good for the night show. Here’s action from this morning’s qualifying. Welcome to Seattle! Photos: Brown Dog Wilson QUALIFYING Justin Cooper set the fastest time of the day with a 46.8. He goes into the heat race with the first gate pick and will surely be one to watch tonight.
