22# fork springs??

Fredette's advice section says use 21# fork springs for 140-190 lb riders and #23 for riders over 200#. His website also sells 22# springs - anyone try these? I weigh about 175. I'd ask Jeff but he's out of town 'til March11th. Thanks for the help.

I used 22# springs and they worked well for me. I'm about the same weight as you. I used both 21# and 22# and found the 22# to be a little more stable for my riding condition. We ride a lot of loose sand.

I too use the 22lb springs. They work great. I'd say you try the 21lb springs. They should be perfect, if not Fredette will swap you for the 22lb springs.
