250sx high revving when stopped?Please help !!

Ok so my 2002 ktm 250sx is revving real high when idling. But if i turn on the choke it slows down to normal. Also, when i let out the clutch to start going it will slow down until i pull the clutch back in and then it starts revving real high. Someone told me it might be the clutch but i dont wan to waste money if i dont have to. Please help!! It pisses me off.

you need turn down your idle or air screw.

Alter your bikes jetting to accommodate the change in climate, altitude or the carb is dirty. Vintage Bob
