I doubt you can still get a Simons kit. If you can keep those double leading shoe brakes adjusted, they work great. I rode that bike for about a year. The end of the crankshaft that holds the flywheel twisted off. The bike was over a year old. KTM supplied free replacement parts, and my dealer fixed it for free. Problem was, while I was waiting for parts I bought a 1985 MStar GM 500.
