hello everyone.
just got back into riding after 10 years!
i picked up a 86 yanaha yz80 from a friend.he had the engine torn apart.we replaced all the beaings and seals, and i hoed the cylinder to fit a new wiseco 1.5mm, or 060 over piston.got it put back to gether and running.now the problem, or question is, how do i set the timing corectly?also, im fouling plugs rather quickly. i noticed the air screw, or the screw toeards the rear of the carb was run all the way in.i backed it out a few turns, and it helped some.some info on cab tuning would be great to.. now it seems to break up real bad on the top end, nearly at wot. any ideas on that? it didnt do that at first, but after messing a bit, i seem to notice it is bad now, maybe the plug is about to foul out. any help is apreciated.
jsut bought my so a 05 pw50 for his bday! he'll be 3. next weekend
