S shr Uhhh... Apr 8, 2002 113 0 Jan 25, 2003 #2 The water pump is not a one piece assembly, it is made up with many different parts. If the pump it self seized, the drive gear might be hurt also. The bearing, seals and shaft will probable need to be replaced. It's hard to say, but the impeller made need replacing too.
