90 RM250 sleave, bore/nikosil, Big bore kit?

Hi I all. I have a 90 RM 250 that needs a new piston and the cylinder repaired. The cylinder has worn through the nikosil. I was thinking about sleaving it, but it looks like it is about the same price to have it sprayed again. Which is more reliable?
Also i was looking at the big bore kit that Mr. Gorr sells but not sure of what the actual price is. I saw the price of around $400 and it looks like it includes porting, head mod, piston and gaskets! Is this the correct price or am I missing something? If so this seems like an extremely GOOD deal!
What else has to be done to use this kit, case opened up or can it be bolted right on?
