I finally got it running and I notice the front wheel wouldn't spin so I decicded to change the brakes anyway and see if pushing the Pistons down would loosen it up. When I put the new brakes on and pulled the brake in it was loose like it should be and as I pumped them the just got tighter and tighter so I went and tried to spin the front wheel and it was frozen.
