My sons bike always seemed to run very rich. Its been
used only twice in 5 yrs , thought I'd tune it up an start
using it as a buddy bike. Its slighty above sea lever and the
bikes used mainly on desert trails.
Is there a jet and needle kit for this old bike thats spot on? If not, what size jets would be a good baseline?

Thanks, Bebo

Not exactly sure on the 93 and what is good jetting for it, but I know on my 03, many people run 1 circuit leaner than stock for everything.

I would just reccomend buying a few leaner jets for each circuit. So pick up a few leaner main jets, a few leaner pilot jets, and maybe a few plugs to experiment with, and try putting one jet in at a time, in one step increments until your plugs burn a nice color, and the bike is riding nicely. Also try changing the Jet Needle Clip position to the 2nd position counting down from the top if it is at the third position.

All 2-strokes, EXPECIALLY Kawasakis are jetted extremely rich from the factory. So you can probably lean the main and pilot jets a couple sizes down without worries.
