I have a 96 yz125 2 stroke dirt bike. When the bike is started there is air coming out of the exhaust valve vent hose. It comes out a lot, it feels like it is a minny exhaust system. I thought that some air comes out of it but not this much so I think the exhaust valves need to be cleaned. What do you guys think about this?

To start with, I recommend that you refer to the valves as "power valves" rather than "exhaust valves".

If you are getting a significant amount of exhaust gases leaking past the power valves then it suggests that either the valves are worn or the bore in the cylinder where they ride is worn. I doubt that cleaning them will improve the seal.

I highly recommend getting a manual for the bike and referring to it. I suspect that fixing this will be expensive.
