Let me introduce my self, I'm Glen.

The Bike in question isn't mine.A guy I know just bought it. It runs great. He wants it to put him on his ass though I guess. So He got a hold of me. I study up on stuff before I just tear into and mod it. I have went through the mod section, and jetting section.,even searched. so here i am. Starting with stock.

This is the plan. Drop one tooth on the front sprocket.
Boyson reeds,Pro circuit platinum II exhaust, Air box lid removed or modified.

I am planning on using the CEL needle, I would like your best guess on what Pilot, and main jets to start with and what range I should have on hand. BTW 300-350' ASL (elevation)

Also I didn't search this. How much could I mill the head if I wanted to run 100 octane gas safely.

CEL's work well but jetting is unique to your bike, conditions, oil to fuel ratio style of riding and a stack of other things!
With my FMF woods pipe, airbox lid off, pro-lite piston and vforce 3 reeds
I run a CEL-2, PJ 42, MJ 150, AS varied depending on temp, at 1000feet and +-60F

Have a look here it helped me allot in the beginning when jetting was still "black magic" to me!!

Jetting links

The jetting guide changed location on the same web page. The link above should work.
