which parts? If it is engine, yes you can as the major engine redesign didn't come until later (03-04). The rolling chassis/bodywork/seat is completely different w/ the introduction of the PDS suspension in 98.

As far as wheels, KTM has used the same rear wheel for years and the front wheel will work for the years you have mentioned.
