Interesting idea alright! Nuclear has suffered a massive amount of bad press, alot of it was justified with dodgy powerstations and poor standards in the past. I think the industry has come a long way in the last 20/30years, and the dangers associated with nuclear are appreciated better now.

I can envisage small scale nuclear powerplants as such being used to power towerblocks etc, with less reliance on a national grid etc.
