I know this isn't one of the two options - but maybe consider One Industries. Good quality stuff. I use One Industries on my YZ 125 and my boyfriend uses One Industries on his CRF450.

I'm guessing that when you say form, you mean shape.
Anyway, they all are the same shape as the stock plastic. Both are good quality. I have not tried One industries, but I am sure that they make a good product also.
A friend of mine once told me that he didn't like Acerbis plastic as much as UFO because the edges were sharper. He noticed this when lifting the bike by the rear fender. Personally, I haven't noticed this but maybe others will agree.
I don't think you can go wrong with one of those 3 companies.
I have heard that Maier plastic uses a different process and doesn't look, fit or last as well as the big names.

Go UFO.
I had an Acerbis front fender that was not molded correctly. Maybe just a fluke but I don't purchase Acerbis products any longer if something else is available.

From my experience stay away from UFO my fenders always look twisted. I have since switched to Acerbis and fenders look straight.

I had Acerbis plastic on my YZ125 when I bought it and when I crashed the durn front fender shattered! :scream: Since then I have bought UFO and it looks GREAT! :) OneIndustries is also good plastic, I have never used any, but they look nice. My two cents

one industries doesn't make their own plastic, they buy it, so you might be getting acerbis, polisport, or ufo. no guarantees.

ufo plastic comes with all the metal hardware molded in that stock plastic does - particularly yamaha.

If you looking for the factory look then go with CYCRA,they make the vented # plates as well as the front vented fender,n the power flow rear fender with extra vents for the air box , I use it,livin in the desert the vented fenders work well to keep bike running cooler , and looking sweet. ..... ride safe ..ELSI_45

A buddy of mine bought UFO rear fender for his YZ and when he got it, the stuff was horrible. Holes were not drilled, and the plastic was rough and didn't have that "polished up" shine. It was dull and looked pitted. I know this was not normal, but I would go with Acerbis.

that has to be a mistake...it sounds more like maier plastic - they use that dull texture on their stuff. i know that originally some of the ufo fenders came un-drilled, but no more.

i bought a new fender last year. it had a one industries sticker on the under side. after it got sprayed off at the car wash, it said acerbis under it.

i finally gave up buying ufo. it never seems to fit my hondas right. acerbis is much better.

I used to use UFO exclusively but lately they just cant seem to get the Honda color right. If you buy a kit, some pieces are bright red, some are a darker red, and some are just plain pink looking. I'm sticking with Acerbis until UFO gets its colors right again. I have found no difference in the way either one fit.
