I suscribe to auto week magazine, and they have this article were they add 3 oz. per ten US gallons in gasoline and 2 oz. per ten US gallons in diesel fuel to increase milage by a whole bunch... It works through better vaporization to improve combustion efficiency... What do you guys think... I know their are some smart people who lerk around here so I thought I see what you all thought...

Actually if you want better fuel efficiency you want to you combustable fuel to be less volatile and have a slower burn. As for the cumbustion effiecieny they have to quantify what that means. If it means that combustion efficiency is only having one flame front in the combustion chamber then yes that will somewhat help fuel efficiency.
So I don't buy the volatility part, and if you want the combustion to be efficient in you engine keep it tuned up.
this is a bunch of bunk. you might as well buy higher octane fuel. premium fuel by the way will not give you better gas mileage (unless you car specifically requires premium fuel) but will actually give you worse gas mileage than low grade fuel.

porn is off limits with ford. What do you think I do at "work" all day rich? :)

I've read similar stuff before. and as I stated the normal car will get better fuel economy on low grade fuel that premium.
I gotta stop. :bang:
