A Anssi Member May 20, 2001 868 0 Oct 10, 2002 #2 I strongly assume the top based on how the WP's with the external preload adjustment have the adjustment on top. Also, all the forks I have seen have the shims on top (granted I've only seen the YZ250 KYBs and WP 45s and 48s).
