Maybe you guys already know this but I just found it out yesterday. If your trailer goes clunk when you stop and start, there is a solution to your problem! Underneath the latching mechanism is a nut that can be adjusted. If, when you pick up on the tongue, the ball seat is loose on the trailer ball, just tighten the nut a little until it has very little play. Not too tight or you wont be able to unlatch the trailer and you will mess the ball up.
I just did it and made a 200 mile round trip without a clunk or a squeak!! I LOVE IT!
Just thought I'd share it with you guys. :)
