I know what this is, this is one of the new STEALTH bunker busters!
I believe this is one of the new Economy models.
He has a few pounds of cemtex, or C4 up his butt. But, the trigger is
scotch taped to the bottom of his feet.
It doesnt explode until he is completely underground.
