Easyer to use, fly, and work on the the Harrier. It was made that way. The F/A-18 is a jack-of-all-trades-but-master-of-none. It does most evey thing you want it to very well, but it's not the best at anything. Both jets have been upgraded over time to make them better at there jobs.
