I was in need of new fork seals before this weekend and noone in town had kdx seals so i'm looking through RMMC book at the k&l seals and the kdx shares the same part number with quite a few different bikes.One being the 95 cr 250 honda,and the local honda place had the sets in stock.The seals are the same but the wipers are different.The kdx wipers fit completely down into the fork,whereas the cr wipers had a lip on them and just went half into the fork.But it appears that the wiper for the cr ismuch better with 2 sealing surfaces and an external spring tensioner.
What do you all think better or worse? Atlease the cr wipers can be removed for cleaning and such without damage.
