Anyone Else Notice This?

Anyone else notice that there seems to be a rash of newbies whose first (and only) post is to rate a picture with no comment? Some, if not most, of the ratings are rather low, as well. I also notice the lack of any, other than the required, information in their profiles. Weird. Or is it just me?

I hadn't noticed it...
Now only subs, stms and mods/admins can rate/comment on images.

I had noticed it for a while, glad it seems to have dissipated now.

I've noticed that any picture with nikki in it has a high rating :confused:
