The piston is actually the same from 86 up to 04 on the 200 so any year would work,the flywheel I think was also abit different they changed from a bolt on the 89 to a nut for the crank.My 90 and 94 both had E1 cast into the head.
I deal with Honda's small single and v-twin
motors at work alot, they upgrade part numbers sometimes during the same model year,every time they came out with a new motor eg:4,5,5.5,or 6 horse power motors the air filter number would change but the filter is exactly the same.So parts from 15 years ago may have had 10 different part numbers but they are still interchangable.
