Hello everyone,

I'm saddened by the loss of the US National Arenacross in Vancouver for this year. It was a blast. (Mind you I had press access so I had the best seat in the house, at the side of the track.) Well to keep all you Canadians happy, I've decided to spread the word about the local AX series. This has been sent out on the Team's email list, but I felt that everyone here should know too. Please scroll down since there is the schedules for two different series posted.

Lance Smail won both the 125 and 250 Pro mains.. Two youngsters put in very impressive rides! 14 year old Kyle Beaton came in 2nd in 125 Pro, and 14 year old Colton Fasciotti finished 3rd in 250 Pro. :thumb:
Oh, and 13 year old Brady Sheren whipped the 125 Intermediate class on a Pro Circuit KX105.

IMHO this event really lacks in comparison to the Chilliwack arenacross series. The track isn't nearly as good/big, and the seating is lousy. The event only went for 3 hours. A lot of people rode the Friday practice and didn't bother coming back for Saturday racing, the track was not very well liked.

I went to the AX in Kamloops in March last year and it was sweet. I still think they should have one in Kelowna. Our arena is bigger (more seating) than the Kamloops arena.
