I am rebuilding my YZ 400 and was considering an Athena gasket kit from Pro Circuit for $135.00. The web description says all seals, o-rings and gaskets for a complete top and bottom rebuild. Anyone tried Athena gaskets?
I just got an Athena kit for my KX250 today. It included every gasket for the top end, and they look better than the stock ones. The base gasket was the rubber coated steel type like the head gasket instead of paper. I dont know about your 4 stroke, but I think they will do the job for me.
I got a complete set for my CR125, gaskets are very nice, does include all the seals and stuff except obviously for the larger seals (kickstarter shift shaft etc.)
The gaskets are coated with some silicon in areas prone to leakage. Good quality as well. I got mine off of ebay for about what a normal top end gasket kit would run, shipped :)
