Well it's been forever since I posted here and haven't slung a leg over my bike all season... Between school and my Ninja time just isn't there..
I've decided to sell the ol' RM as money is starting to get tight and I'm gonna be moving out of state come May...
So help me out, whats my bike worth... Cant seem to come up with a fair price for a quick sale..
2003 RM250
Motor is 100% stock
Pipe stock and no big dings or dents
New piston (0) hours
New bearing and seals (0) hours
Dunlop 773's front & rear 70%
Tag upper triple clamp
Renthal fat bar enduro bend
SDG seat
RK chain, lots of life left
Sunstar sprokets ( stock gears )
Full MCR suspension
( re-spring for 190# rider )
(woods valving )
Bike has less than 150 trail miles...

So whats it worth?
I was thinking $2500 but I've been out of the loop..

Anyone ride the meadows loops lately?... I sure do miss that system..

Hi Jack!
Good to see you post again - bad to hear your getting out of the fun!!!
Concerning the bike. IMHO, seems to be a REAL buyers market around here these days! 2 smoke MXers (which I am partial to) seem to be really taking it on the chin - probably cause of the 4 stroke craze and the soft economy??
At any rate, I think you are on target as far as "value" goes, but, you may be wise to have a "bottom dollar" fiqure in mind before you post it anywhere for sale - that way you will have already made up your mind in case someone starts waving cash in your face at a much lesser amount!!!
As a last resort there is always the "dumping-bay-ground"!!

I'll be back in the swing come next year.. I've been courted by a few companies from Colorado, Georgia, Utah and even the Battle creek area...
30 Hours a week of school and not working is just starting to show... Not to mention the 94 miles round trip I drive 5 days a week...
Shoot, even my brothers have barely rode this year..
