Bent Shift fork?

I have a 98 RM 250. The bike dosent want to shift into 5th. It will but it takes a couple nudges to get it into 5th. It down shifts from 5th fine and it runs through all the other gears fine but it dosent want to go into 5th. My guess is a bent shift fork. What do you guys think.

I think you will have to strip it & look. I mean there is a small chance that the lever is rubbing against a case or something but would show up on 1-2 as it often has a longer throw.
