Bleeding front brake

Is there a trick to bleeding the front brakes on my 89 Yamaha YZ250? I've pumped them up over and over again and can't get it to build up pressure. Any suggestions on where I can get a replacement master cylinder - if necessary?

reverse bleed them. do a search there was just a thread about it.
