bolt stripped into fuel tank

I just bought a 2003 YZ250 from a guy and he said that he over torqued the bolts that hold the radiator shroud bodywork to the fuel tank and he couldn't get them back out. I gave it a shot but didn't have any luck. Does somebody have a tip for me that might help get them out?
