Just put all the stock jetting specks back and leave it. It will run rough while your breaking it in beacuse your riding it so slow. At 8-10 minutes your not letting the bike cool down enough for a hear cycle, you have to let it sit and completely cool down. In the manual, it will say your done breaking in after about three heat cycles of about 5 minutes of riding each, in addition to that ride around easy for about a half hour when your done your heat cycles just to be safe.
