opps sorry guys found another post that comes close enough to answering my question to deserve flaming.
Mods delete this I found a close enough answer

I recently had a melt down in my KX 85 engine so the cylinder had to be nikasiled and I had a vertex piston put in.
How to I break it in now I have never had to break in a bike before this is only my second 2 stroke the last one was a DS 80.
I searched around and people were mentioning heat cycles what are these. And do I just ride it around slow for 2 hours staying off the powerband?

I need to get a manual for this thing how much do they cost canadian? And where do I get one?

What i do is go around in first gear for about 15 mins second gear for 15 mins and so on and so on. DONT have the throttle in powerband all of the time just have your throttle at a different speed all of the time.
