[QUOTE="TravisP, post: 665506, member: 46344"] How Many of us have ever had a chain adjuster snap off? I installed an o-Ring chain on my 98 CR250 and since i never had to adjust my chain the adjusters siezed in the swing arm well after buying 75 dollars worth of drill bits to remove the offending bolt i learned a simple solution pull the adjusters out before you ever even ride your new bike and apply a generous amount of Anti Sieze. Also for you Yamaha owners there are plastic covers on your swing arm and some rubber plugs and also 2 small holes under the swing arm if these become clogged with dirt the swing arm actually fills with water and crud check these out once in a while and keep them clear also KTM's have these holes.
