C&C please

This picture was taken a couple weekends ago. I know its not the best quality. It wasn't me who took the picture, but I really like the shot. Just the way the waters dripping off, and he's looking back. Just wanted to see what you guys could do to get the most out of the picture. Thanks alot.

Are you looking for C&C on the photo or someone to tweak it for you in Photoshop?

It's like a private area I think. Alot of construction going on around there. By Garven Pits I think. Chili knows where that is.

Chili, I was kinda leaning more towards someone tweaking it for me in photoshop. I'm not experienced with very many programs. I use PictureIt, but only for auto levels, and cropping. If you'd have the time to tweak it a bit, just to get the full colours and levels out of the shot that'd be appreciated.

I dont see much difference in my version. Hard to work with a small res file like that but I don't see it getting much better.

Doug yours seems a bit crisper and the blue stands out just a bit more

The colours are more vibrant to me in your version, I like it. I really liked the shot. If you wanted the original, I could e-mail it to you. I resized to fit DRN.
