DSL customer service sux. They send you back and forth "oh that is an ISP issue" and the isp says "that is a hardware issue" the way I figure it whoever bills me is the one who needs to fix it. I have had zero problems with Cable!! Except for the 3 days I was down when all this happened. I use AT&T.
