I gave in to the pain yesterday afternoon, and finally went to see a Doc.&nbsp; X-rays inconclusive on if anything broke or not, but they did ask that I come in again on Monday after the Radiologist has read the films. (I dont like that - last time i was told that I ended up with surgery for an unrelated issue!) &nbsp;It was sorta funny as the doc poked and prodded me,,,, i hear him say under&nbsp;his breath&nbsp; "...hmmm there's two,....three....four....five....six...&nbsp;&nbsp;boy you tore the hell out of your muscles!"&nbsp; I ripped&nbsp; two or three "larger" muscles in the chest and back&nbsp;, and several smaller ones along the ribs, plus tore up cartilidge by the ribs front, &nbsp;back and sides.&nbsp; and due to the combination of the "trauma" as he called it, to my lungs combined with some very shallow breathing lately, i have a start of pnenumonia (sp?)

Derhunter - how can you stand the Vicadin?&nbsp; I had a bone graft last fall - (major pain) took it for one day and took no more!&nbsp; Made me all wonky headed, i hated it so much i would rather have dealt with the pain!.&nbsp; LAst night The doc asked me if I knew if vicadin worked well for me - i&nbsp;said no way! Ended up on Flexeril for the muscle tears, Tylenol 3 for the bone pain (he did not&nbsp;seem to like dropping way back to old fashined T-3 -&nbsp;and&nbsp;honestly it dont do much&nbsp;for me), plus a shot of Rocephin anti biotic, and a Rx for another antibiotic for the lung issue.&nbsp;&nbsp; End result - last night was the first real nights sleep i have gotten in almost 2 weeks!&nbsp; Better Living through Pharmaceuticals!
