Hey Brenda,
thanks for asking...nope, it's in pieces...with the carb sitting on my kitchen counter :)
We've ordered a new carb, and I've also ordered an FMF baffle for it, since I really hate the stock one.
We finally came to the conclusion that the carb was bad after checking out every reed, jetting, etc issue.
I sure HOPE it's the carb, cuz it wasn't cheap!
I really wish I could've raced..how did you do?
Cheers,
Holley

Holley,

I hope you get that KTM running again soon so you can ride...it sucks not riding!! The race was the best one yet for the WORCS series. There were some serious downhills through the trees and we went through what they call the Black Forest...now that was cool!!! The fog & mist in the morning race was terrible, at times I couldn't even see my front fender. I did ok...got 2nd. A girl by the name of Carol Williams (I think) beat me...actually she spanked me. She was fast. I hope to see you up there next year...they are going to try and do 2 in Oregon and 2 in Washington for 2002 I can't wait..I love that kind of riding up there.

well, second is still great! I'm bummed about missing it, but excited for next year! I'll definately be there, barring any injuries.
My KTM should be back together in the next week or so....I WANNA RIDE!

I might jump in here too . . . I really wanted to race this year. The WORCS series seems like a pretty cool deal. I talked with Dave Hamel, the promoter, and he's a nice guy.

Carol is pretty stinkin' fast! I've watched her ride MX and woods and she is darn good. Pretty nice too, she's parts manager at a Tacoma dealer.

PS Brenda, what kind of pipe do you have on your bike? ;)

I hope to see all of you out at the WORCS races when they come up to Oregon & Washington next year. It should be a blast!

Well FC, It has been the toughest decision I've had to make (other than what bike I wanted). I have decided to stay with FMF. They have sponsored me for 3 or 4 years now and have been good to me (call me a loyal support rider). I am going to get the Titanium pipe, it was a tough decision though. Too many choices out there!!
