I actually think it's better than the Nationals of the good ol' US. The racing was so much closer and the girls at the interviews were cuter ;) . But yeah that mud had my body just twitching it made me wanna go riding so bad. Those whoops were wild. Watching those guys is so much better because they don't seem so much better than us average folk even though they are much better. They look like they are going as fast as we THINK we are going.
JSR was #40 in 2002 in AMA SX and NATS. He finished 14th overall in SX with season bests as 9th in Round 8 & 14 on a CR450F. In the outdoors he only rode 4 events because of Canadian National conlicts, his best finish was 6th overall in Binghampton. Morgan and Dube finish in the top 20, usually. Don't forget the three of them finished 3rd at the World Cup in Glen Helen.
I definitely agree that I've enjoyed watching this Canadian series better than the US championships. The girls were hilarious ... I was cracking up watching them stare at the interviewees with that starry look in there eyes. Pretty funny. I think the tracks have a lot to do with the enjoyment ... I really have liked the tracks so far.
I bet these tracks are rude if you where realy there, a few of them have looked realy tuff. Just wish the 250's would have gone at it in the mud!
Thay have raised the bar as far as qualty and true excitment in the sport
on TV go's .
