cant get side cover off

I am putting new seals in for the coolant pump, and cant get the side cover off! I took off the clutch, took all the screws out, and took off the radiator hose off! I need this off!!

Could there be anything else? Theres no where i can pull on it either so what can i do?

Could it be frozen to the locating dowels? Did you try tapping on it lightly with a nylon hammer?
