Have you narrowed down your problem by noting exactly what or where (throttle position wise) that your problem seems to be? Vacuum leaks (as an example) effect carburetion. It'd be a shame to start replacing parts and wasting $$ without taking some serious time to find the exact problem area.
I can tell you this. When I pull the throttle it only makes it halfway up before bogging back down. The needles are messed up too because of the carburetion. It does feel as if there is an air leak but I can't pinpoint the location or even find an area of where it could be.
