my buddy just rebuilt his top end and put in some carbon tech reeds on his 95 CR 250. he say's it's hesitating off idle to about quarter throttle. is that a lean or fat condition? he's new to riding and isn't sure, i haven't had a chance to ride it...should the carbon tech reeds call for a jetting change?
