dont pintch the tube,or "let go" you will know what I am talking about ;)

Get some tyre itons or BIG rounded off screw drivers.

Don't forget to release the bead lock! Aside from that a bottle of soapy water goes a long way in the "ease of removal/replacement" option! Pretty much is like a reagular bike tire(the one you crank) just alot more sweat getting the bead over the rim. I have a few bent screw drivers to attest to the fact that nothing beats a good set of irons!

hi,, i had that same question recently,, someone suggest to lay the tire in the sun to heat it up so it will be easier to put on, and some baby power on the tube. search my name and see the thread...good luck.

i just use tire irons and soapy water, and i put a little baby powder on the inside of the rim and on the tube. its really not that hard.
