I had Charter Cable for two months, and they are absolutely the WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD! After much agony and frustration, I had my service disconnected and bought a DirecTV receiver and dish. Much better service, but I ain't doing the ISP with them.
Charter sucks LARGE! Just say NO!
T1 is 1,554K for a full T1 line, but fractional T1 lines can be as low as 56K. T3 is what your ISP uses to carry the bandwidth of their customers, and can carry a phenominal amount of data. T1 lines can cost as little  as $360 a month or as much as $1000 a month.Originally posted by padrutt199
