It isn't a T1 or T3... those go much faster and cost a lot more. Typically they are services that only businesses or schools use (because of the cost). I know people with cable and DSL, at it is nice to have the internet that fast at home... I am stuck at 28.8K (only ~3K d/l speed :( ).
