Once again as usual, its always the idiots that ruin it for the rest of us. :|  I think it would be interesting to see how many of the ATV related fatalities involved the use of alcohol, improper usage(5 people on one atv?  You know 3 on the seat and one on each rack), and how many of them were even using ANY kind of protective gear?  I can't tell you how many idiots I see buzzing around on ATV w/no helmets.
